Vazhaipoo vada
Vazhaipoo make different recipes.I would like to prepare vada.It is very tasty snacks.it is smoothy inside and crispy in outside. Vazhaipoo Vada Preparation time -2 hrs Cooking time - 25 min Serves - 12 Ingredients Vazhaipoo cleaned 1 cup Channa dal- 3/4 cup Onion- 1 cup finely chopped Fennel seeds-1tsp Rice flour-1 tsp Ginger-1inch Chilly powder– 1 tsp Curry leaves-1 spring Coriander leaves - chopped finely Salt- to taste Oil - to fry Method Clean vazhaipoo and chop it fine soak chanadal in water till immersing level for1hour at least.whileyou so other works,keep chopped Vazhaipoo immersed in water and a tsp buttermilk just avoid bowrning. Drain water,then add Chana Dal and ginger in a mixer and grind it . Drain water completely,just squeeze and remove excess water from vazhaipoo and just give a quick grind for vazhaipoo and add it together in mixing bowl. in a mixing bowl: add vazhaipoo, Chana Dal,onion,curry leaves, fennel seeds, fennelseeds, chil...
